Human Resources and Operations Manager
The Human Resources and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the company. The Human Resources and Operations Managers is responsible for the evaluation, planning, coordination and management of office, employee relations and human resource, policies, procedures and programs. This position oversees human resources initiatives, employee benefits and wellness, team building events, and training; coordinates and executes recruiting processes with internal and external resources; ensures human resource compliance with applicable professional standards, and state and center requirements and laws; develops community involvement opportunities and programs; and serves as the point person for internal contacts and external vendors for all office manager duties. The Human Resources and Operations Manager works closely with the Operations department of our US-based company. Candidates must hold a MBA in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to the responsibilities specified. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate to advanced experience with Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint, and experience with budget processes, event coordination and record maintenance.
